- The support line is not a crisis service - in emergencies, please contact 000, Lifeline (13 11 14), or other appropriate emergency services
- Support line calls may be recorded for training and quality assurance purposes, but only with your explicit consent. You will be informed at the start of the call and given the option to decline recording.
- We reserve the right to terminate calls that involve abusive language or inappropriate requests
